In a nutshell, your job is to help them hire employees, engage, train & retain them – that means you’ll be overlooking the end to end life cycle of employees within the company.

Job description

  • End to end recruitment for open positions assigned, i.e., Accounts, Marketing, HR, Ops & Sales roles.(80% of the role)
  • Employee Engagement initiatives w.r.t daily corporate communication, quarterly challenges & monthly fun activities
  • Organizing and overlooking trainings for departments assigned
  • Ad hoc operations tasks assigned as per necessity

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition of at least 1 year preferably in a startup or corporate
  • Knowledge on job portals like, Indeed and social media channels like instagram, facebook, etc
  • Excellent communication skills and written skills
