No Refund Policy
- Strict No Refund Policy: The Contractor operates a strict no-refund policy. Once services have been contracted and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.
Service Quality and Client Satisfaction
- Service Commitment: The Contractor is committed to delivering high-quality services to meet the Client's needs and expectations. Any concerns or issues with the services provided should be communicated to the Contractor promptly.
- Issue Resolution: The Contractor will make every effort to resolve any service-related issues to the Client's satisfaction. The Client is encouraged to provide feedback and communicate any concerns to facilitate timely and effective resolution.
Disputes and Appeals
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the services provided should be submitted in writing to the Contractor within 14 days of the occurrence. The Contractor will review the dispute and respond within 14 days.
- Appeals: If the Client is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision in writing within 7 days of receiving the Contractor's response. The appeal will be reviewed by a senior manager, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 days.
Amendments
The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect 30 days after notification.
