ARBITRATION

GOVERNING LAW

These User Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to clause of Arbitration above, all disputes arising under these User Terms between the User and the Company will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
