Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Brego Business (hereafter referred to as "the Contractor") allows the cancellation of services provided to its clients (hereafter referred to as "the Client"). By engaging with the Contractor's services, the Client agrees to adhere to this policy.

Cancellation and Lock-in Period

  1. Lock-in Period: Upon engaging the Contractor's services, the Client agrees to a mandatory lock-in period of three (3) months. During this period, the Client cannot cancel the services.
  2. No Refund Policy: The Contractor operates a strict no-refund policy. Once services have been contracted and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

Cancellation After Lock-in Period

  1. Notice Period: The Client must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date, following the completion of the initial three-month lock-in period.
  2. Service Continuation: Services will continue to be provided, and fees will continue to be charged until the end of the 30-day notice period. The Client is responsible for any fees incurred during this time.

Contractor-Initiated Cancellations

  1. Unavoidable Circumstances: The Contractor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Client will be notified as soon as possible.
  2. Non-Compliance: The Contractor may cancel the service if the Client fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement or engages in any conduct that the Contractor deems inappropriate or harmful. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and services will be terminated immediately.

Rescheduling

  1. Client-Initiated Rescheduling: The Client may request to reschedule the service at least 30 days before the scheduled date without incurring additional charges, provided the rescheduling occurs after the initial three-month lock-in period.
  2. Contractor-Initiated Rescheduling: The Contractor will make every effort to accommodate the Client's schedule in the event of a rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, the Client will be notified, and the service will be adjusted accordingly.

Disputes and Appeals

  1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding cancellations or service issues should be submitted in writing to the Contractor within 14 days of the occurrence. The Contractor will review the dispute and respond within 14 days.
  2. Appeals: If the Client is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision in writing within 7 days of receiving the Contractor's response. The appeal will be reviewed by a senior manager, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 days.

Amendments

The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect 30 days after notification.
