Pricing Policy

Introduction

This Pricing Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Brego Business (hereafter referred to as "the Contractor") manages the pricing of its services provided to clients (hereafter referred to as "the Client"). By engaging with the Contractor's services, the Client agrees to adhere to this policy.

Pricing Information

  1. Transparent Pricing: The Contractor is committed to providing clear and transparent pricing for all services offered. Detailed pricing information will be provided to the Client before the commencement of any service.

Pricing Changes

  1. Notification of Price Changes: The Contractor reserves the right to change the pricing of its services at any time. In the event of a price change, the Contractor will provide the Client with written notification at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect.
  2. Coordination with the Client: Upon notification of a price change, the Contractor will coordinate with the Client to discuss the implications of the new pricing. The Client will have the opportunity to review the new pricing and make informed decisions regarding the continuation or adjustment of the services.

Existing Agreements

  1. Fixed Price Contracts: If the Client has a fixed price contract or agreement with the Contractor, the agreed-upon pricing will remain in effect for the duration of the contract period, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  2. Ongoing Services: For ongoing services without a fixed price contract, the new pricing will take effect as notified. The Client has the right to terminate the service without penalty if they do not agree to the new pricing, provided the termination is communicated in writing within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Disputes and Appeals

  1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding pricing or changes in pricing should be submitted in writing to the Contractor within 14 days of receiving the notification of the price change. The Contractor will review the dispute and respond within 14 days.
  2. Appeals: If the Client is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision in writing within 7 days of receiving the Contractor's response. The appeal will be reviewed by a senior manager, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 days.

Amendments

The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Pricing Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect 30 days after notification.
