Before Brego, there was no structured system of books or reporting in place. Financial data existed, but it hadn’t been organised into a format that allowed for clear visibility or consistent tracking. The backlog extended over a significant period, and while operations continued actively across events, memberships, and sponsorships, the financial view of the organisation wasn’t keeping pace with its scale. At the same time, there was no formal MIS or reporting structure to communicate performance to board members or the global TiE network.
